LTIMindtree Limited — Others, 23-05-2025: Copy of Newspaper Publication

LTIMindtree has informed shareholders about the transfer of equity shares with unclaimed dividends for seven years to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This concerns the final dividend declared for FY 2017-18 by the former Mindtree, now merged with LTIMindtree. Shareholders with such shares are urged to claim their dividends before the deadline to prevent automatic transfer of their shares and dividends to the IEPF. Post-transfer claims can only be made by applying directly to the IEPF Authority.
