Devyani International has announced a board meeting to approve key leadership changes: Virag Joshi’s re-appointment as Whole-time Director for 3 years, Rohan Kichlu as CEO of Sanook & Tealive, Aditya Dev Pokhriya as COO of Food Court, and Nalin Kanaujia as Head of Legal. Internal and statutory auditors have been appointed for FY26, with Walker Chandiok & Co LLP continuing as Joint Statutory Auditors for five years. The 34th AGM will be conducted via video conference.
