Devyani International has announced a board meeting approving key leadership changes and audit appointments. Mr. Virag Joshi is proposed for re-appointment as Whole-time Director for three years from January 2026, pending member approval. New senior hires include Mr. Rohan Kichlu as CEO of Sanook & Tealive, Mr. Aditya Dev Pokhriya as COO-Food Court, and Mr. Nalin Kanaujia as Head of Legal. Sanjay Grover & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditors, while VGG & Co. and Walker Chandiok & Co LLP will continue as Internal and Joint Statutory Auditors respectively, subject to shareholder nod.
