Devyani International has announced a board meeting and approved key leadership changes, including the re-appointment of Mr. Virag Joshi as Whole-time Director for three years from January 2026, subject to shareholder approval. New senior appointments are Mr. Rohan Kichlu as CEO-Sanook & Tealive, Mr. Aditya Dev Pokhriya as COO-Food Court, and Mr. Nalin Kanaujia as Head of Legal. They have appointed M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, re-appointed VGG & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26, and extended Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors for another five-year term, pending shareholder approval.
