Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kernex Microsystems has announced a board meeting on 23rd May 2025 approving the audited consolidated financial results for FY24-25. The company logged consolidated revenue of Rs. 83.07 Cr but reported a net loss of Rs. 17.33 Cr. While cash flows improved, subsidiary Avant-Garde Infosystems continues to face significant losses. Management remains confident in the strategic value of the subsidiary and JV Kernex TCAS, anticipating a turnaround. The board reappointed M/s. Thirupathi & Associates as internal auditors, granted 1,200 ESOPs, and appointed Ms. Sreelakshmi Manthena as Managing Director for 3 years.
