Bata India has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company plans to transfer equity shares with unpaid/unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Demat Account. Shareholders holding such shares are urged to claim their dividends by submitting necessary documents to avoid transfer. Claims on these shares can be made through the IEPF Authority’s process.
