TTK Healthcare has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Total income rose to Rs. 872.75 Cr from Rs. 815.40 Cr, with profit before tax increasing to Rs. 108.33 Cr, supported by a Rs. 13.91 Cr exceptional gain from the sale of leasehold land. Net profit after tax grew to Rs. 81.66 Cr. The company wrote off Rs. 5.86 Cr inventory in its Protective Devices segment due to cancelled export orders. A dividend of Rs. 10 per share has been proposed. Geeyes & Co. will serve as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26.
