TTK Healthcare Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted revenue from operations of Rs. 801.49 Cr and total income of Rs. 872.75 Cr for the year, with net profit after tax rising to Rs. 81.66 Cr from Rs. 62.84 Cr last year. The profit includes Rs. 19.77 Cr from selling leasehold land at Mahindra World City. The company wrote off Rs. 5.86 Cr due to export order cancellations affecting custom-made male contraceptive inventory. A dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share has been proposed. M/s Geeyes & Co. was appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26.
