TTK Healthcare Limited — Important, 23-05-2025: General Updates

TTK Healthcare has announced a board meeting on July 25 for approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue rose to Rs. 801.49 Cr from Rs. 752.79 Cr last year. Profit before tax increased to Rs. 108.33 Cr, boosted by a Rs. 13.91 Cr exceptional gain from a land sale. Net profit improved to Rs. 81.66 Cr from Rs. 62.84 Cr. The company wrote off Rs. 5.86 Cr inventory in the Protective Devices segment due to export order cancellations. A dividend of Rs. 10 per share is proposed.
