BEML Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BEML has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue was Rs 420.22 Cr with a net profit of Rs 29.25 Cr and EPS of Rs 67.66. The Board postponed the final dividend decision for FY25. It advanced Rs 73.76 Cr to the MAMC consortium and Rs 6.05 Cr to its subsidiary for asset acquisitions. Subsidiary Vignyan Industries and JV BEML Mid-West Ltd are both under liquidation. Board composition remains below norms pending government directions.
