PSP Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PSP Projects has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue was steady at Rs 2,512 Cr, while consolidated net profit slipped sharply to Rs 56.4 Cr from Rs 123 Cr last year, impacted by project setbacks including invoked bank guarantees of Rs 24.6 Cr and Rs 8.02 Cr. The company has also set aside Rs 1.87 Cr for doubtful receivables. Manubhai & Shah LLP will continue as internal auditors for FY26. Focus remains on construction activities with disciplined financial management.
