Keltech Energies Limited has announced a board meeting on which the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year were approved, with the auditors issuing a clean report. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share on 10 lakh equity shares, pending shareholder approval. New appointments include M/s. B.P. Rao & Company and M/s. Kumar & Jayakrishnan as Internal Auditors, M/s. Sharvari Kulkarni and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years subject to approval, and Mr. Vikas Vinayak Deodhar as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. The date for the 48th Annual General Meeting has also been fixed.
