Apollo Micro Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Apollo Micro Systems has announced a board meeting on 28th May to consider a final dividend for FY25. The board approved the audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25, with revenue at ₹562 Cr and PAT nearly doubling to ₹56.36 Cr. Borrowings increased to ₹331 Cr to support ongoing investments. The company appointed new auditors: G H Reddy & Associates (Cost Auditor), E Sateesh Reddy & Associates (Internal Auditor), and MNM & Associates (Secretarial Auditors) for the next five years. Statutory auditors issued unqualified opinions on the results.
