Elcid Investments has announced a board meeting on which several key management changes were decided. Ms. Amrita Vakil has been appointed Whole-Time Director, shifting from her previous role as a Non-Executive Director. Ms. Margarette Shwetha Thomas joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director with extensive experience in banking and financial services. Mrs. Ragini Vakil resigned as CEO but continues as CFO and has been appointed as an Additional Executive Director until the next AGM.
