Mold-Tek Packaging reported 11.8% sales and 7% EBITDA growth in FY25, while PAT declined 9% due to higher depreciation and finance costs. Pharma division hit breakeven in Q4 with Rs. 6.7 Cr revenue, targeting Rs. 30+ Cr in FY26 and Rs. 50+ Cr in FY27, supported by capacity expansion. Paint volumes grew 2% in Q4 with a positive industry outlook, while Food & FMCG volumes jumped 25%, boosted by enhanced printing capacity and expected 15-20% growth next year. EBITDA/kg rose to Rs. 40.15, aiming for Rs. 42 driven by a higher-margin product mix. Management emphasized in-house tool room agility as a competitive edge in Pharma, aiding faster development and export potential. Confidence remains strong on growth and margin expansion in FY26.
