Kuantum Papers’ Q4 revenue was Rs. 277 Cr, down 7% YoY but up 3% QoQ. EBITDA stood at Rs. 60 Cr (21.6% margin), down 6% YoY and up 19% QoQ; PAT was Rs. 26 Cr (9.4% margin), down 23% YoY and up 24% QoQ. FY25 revenue declined 9% to Rs. 1,107 Cr, EBITDA dropped 27% to Rs. 243 Cr, and PAT fell 37% to Rs. 115 Cr. Management emphasized industry challenges like high raw material costs and import pressure but is confident in margin recovery supported by Project Nirmaan and a Rs. 735 Cr mill expansion on track for March 2026. Sustainability efforts include 48% biomass fuel use and new eco-friendly copier-grade paper launching soon. Price hikes continue amid stable imports; peak debt expected near Rs. 600-625 Cr with 8.5% interest. Export sales contribute ~15%, supporting margins. Focus remains on current CAPEX rather than new segments. Sentiment is confident around capacity ramp-up, cost control, and product innovation despite short-term headwinds.
