One Point One Solutions has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year. Revenue jumped to Rs. 256.36 Cr in FY25 from Rs. 169.76 Cr last year. EBITDA hit Rs. 75.75 Cr, with PBT up 41% to Rs. 42.67 Cr. Net profit surged 55% to Rs. 33.16 Cr, while EPS rose to Rs. 1.39. The board also approved acquiring 100% of ITCube Solutions Pvt. Ltd., strengthening its geographic reach and service capabilities. Strong growth reflects solid execution and expanding operations.
