Gothi Plascon (India) Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a profit of Rs. 162.90 lakh for the year, up from Rs. 153.38 lakh the previous year. Revenue stood at Rs. 436.56 lakh, roughly in line with last year’s Rs. 437.62 lakh. Total expenses decreased to Rs. 216.73 lakh from Rs. 280.55 lakh. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The board also approved the appointment of M/s N K Bhansali & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.
