Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited has announced a change in leadership following the superannuation of its current CMD. Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla, Director (Finance), will take on the additional charge of CMD of HOCL along with Managing Director responsibilities at its subsidiary, HFL, for up to three months or until further notice. This transition ensures continuity in senior management and oversight across both the parent and subsidiary companies during this interim period.
