Attrition remains low at ~11%, with longer sales cycles of 8-18 months reflecting strategic board-level decisions. Cash stands at Rs. 877 crore, with no buyback or special dividend plans. Overall, management is confident on tech investments, efficiency, and focused geographic expansion.
