Cello World Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (30% on face value ₹5), pending shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, shareholders on the register as of the record date will receive the dividend soon after. The board also approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, offering up to 66.26 lakh options, subject to approval. Several directors are slated for reappointment.
