Gokak Textiles Ltd — Updates, 23-05-2025: Company Update

Gokak Textiles has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The statutory auditors, Batliboi & Purohit, issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The company has appointed Mr. Kiran B. Desai of KDSH & Associates LLP as its Secretarial Auditor for five years starting from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s T R Chadha & Co LLP and M/s M R Dekhtawala were re-appointed as Internal Auditors and Cost Auditors, respectively, for FY 2025-26.
