RBM Infracon has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue jumped to ₹32.17 Cr from ₹12.97 Cr, with profit before tax soaring to ₹40.05 Cr versus ₹15.99 Cr last year. Net profit more than doubled to ₹29.46 Cr, pushing EPS up to ₹29.17 from ₹12.80. The asset base expanded to ₹298.66 Cr, supported by higher inventories and receivables. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹7.14 Cr, aided by fresh capital and disciplined cash management. No dividends or new appointments were made.
