Patanjali Foods reported Q4 revenue of Rs. 9,692 Cr, up 17.8% YoY, with gross margin at 17.09%, EBITDA margin 5.87%, and PAT margin 3.68%. HPC business contributed 7.5% to revenue and 20% to EBITDA, targeting 15%+ growth and 200 bps margin expansion over 4–5 quarters. Food & FMCG revenue dipped to Rs. 2,257 Cr due to weak urban demand but aims for 8–10% growth via distribution and innovation. Edible Oil revenue was Rs. 6,764 Cr with stable ~4.6% EBITDA margin; palm oil volumes fell 5%, while soy and sunflower grew. Oil palm plantation revenue rose to Rs. 1,263 Cr with 16% EBITDA margin, scaling up plantations aggressively. FY25 revenue hit Rs. 34,289 Cr with EBITDA and PAT up 37% and 70%. Management expects demand revival driven by easing inflation and tax relief, with sustained margins across segments and increased advertising to boost brand reach.
