Dhruv Consultancy Services posted Q4 total income of INR28.03 Cr (+12% YoY), EBITDA of INR4.09 Cr (+75%), and PAT of INR1.99 Cr (+360%). FY25 total income grew 25.6% to INR103.52 Cr, EBITDA rose 7% to INR15.78 Cr, and PAT increased 17% to INR6.9 Cr. Highways contribute ~90% of revenue, with rising inputs from railways, metros, and private sector projects. Internationally, the company expanded into Mozambique via a World Bank project and aims at Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The INR300 Cr order book includes government and private clients. Management highlighted diversification into airports, urban infrastructure, and public health with tech upgrades and a 450+ workforce. Operational efficiency improved with better receivables, new machinery, and bank credit. The NHAI debarment is close to resolution. The outlook is confident, backed by strong infrastructure demand and limited competition.
