Camlin Fine Sciences Limited — Important, 23-05-2025: Sale or disposal

The Board has approved the liquidation of two non-material subsidiaries: CFS Wanglong Flavors and Europe Bio Engineering BV, with completions expected by March 2026 and June 2025, respectively. These liquidations are unlikely to impact consolidated financials. Additionally, a reverse merger of subsidiary CFS De Mexico Blends with Dresen Quimica, effective February 2025, will simplify the group structure and enhance cash flow management without altering shareholding.
