Rashi Peripherals Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Rashi Peripherals has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting consolidated revenue of Rs. 13,772.7 Cr, up from Rs. 11,094.7 Cr last year. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 209.7 Cr versus Rs. 143.9 Cr, with basic EPS at Rs. 31.57. The board proposed a final dividend of Re. 2 per share. M/s Ragini Chokshi & Co. will take over as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to approval. The company is boosting investments in working capital and fixed assets, partly through borrowings.
