Linde India Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Linde India’s board approved FY25 audited consolidated results, reporting revenue of Rs 255.33 Cr, expenditure at Rs 194.67 Cr, and net profit of Rs 45.48 Cr, with EPS of Rs 53.33. They declared a 120% dividend (Rs 12/share), including a special dividend of 75% (Rs 7.50/share). Abhijit Banerjee is set for re-appointment as Managing Director for three years.
