Mindteck (India) Limited — Updates, 23-05-2025: Press Release

Mindteck has announced a board meeting on May 23, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 104.02 Cr, steady sequentially and up 6.3% YoY. Quarterly net profit dipped QoQ to Rs. 6.80 Cr but improved YoY. FY25 consolidated revenue rose 10.1% to Rs. 424.42 Cr, with net profit up 11.4% to Rs. 30.41 Cr (ex-exceptionals). Standalone revenue advanced 7.6% QoQ to Rs. 38.61 Cr; net profit doubled QoQ to Rs. 7.26 Cr. CEO exited; interim CFO Santosh Nandiyath promoted to CFO. A final dividend of Re. 1/share is proposed.
