Mindteck (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mindteck has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 10.1% YoY to Rs. 424.42 Cr, with net profit up 11.4% to Rs. 30.41 Cr. Quarterly consolidated revenue was steady at Rs. 104.02 Cr, and net profit stood at Rs. 6.80 Cr. Standalone revenue grew 11% YoY to Rs. 155.09 Cr, while net profit increased 3% to Rs. 18.82 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share. Mr. Santosh Nandiyath has been appointed CFO from May 24, 2025.
