Linde India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 23-05-2025: Record Date

Linde India has announced a board meeting on the approval of financial results for FY 2024-25. The Board proposes a total dividend of 120% (Rs. 12/share), including a special dividend of 75% (Rs. 7.50/share). The record date for dividend payment falls during the book closure from 8 to 14 August 2025. Additionally, Mr. Abhijit Banerjee is re-appointed as Managing Director for three years, starting 7 June 2025.
