S Chand And Company Limited has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of ₹719.66 Cr and a PAT of ₹59.51 Cr for the year. An interim dividend of ₹4 per share was declared. Ernst & Young LLP will take over as internal auditor from July 1, 2025. Mr. Rupinder Singh Bhatia is proposed as secretarial auditor for five years. The company extended a corporate guarantee of ₹28 Cr for a subsidiary’s working capital facility.
