MMP Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 23-05-2025: Dividend

MMP Industries has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is proposing its first-ever final dividend of 20%, or Rs. 2 per share (face value Rs. 10), pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Consolidated PAT stands at Rs. 31.64 Cr with an EPS of Rs. 15.30. The board also approved setting up two wholly owned subsidiaries to boost its cables and aluminum businesses. Dividend payout will follow once approved, enhancing shareholder returns.
