Mindteck has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved a final dividend of 10% (Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10 each), subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Santosh Nandiyath was appointed Chief Financial Officer, bringing 15 years of experience including Deloitte and EY. Mr. S Kannan will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years, while Vasan & Sampath LLP was re-appointed Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Additionally, 70,000 ESOPs were granted at Rs. 229.72 each. The Managing Director & CEO’s relieving date was advanced to May 26.
