Mindteck has announced a board meeting and approved a final dividend of 10% (Re. 1 per share), subject to shareholder approval. Santosh Nandiyath, a Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience, has been appointed as CFO. S Kannan, with over 30 years in company secretarial and compliance roles, will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Vasan & Sampath LLP has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The board granted 70,000 ESOPs to eligible employees at Rs. 229.72. MD & CEO Anand Balakrishnan’s relieving date is now May 26.
