Mindteck has announced a board meeting on which it approved a final dividend of 10% (Re. 1 per Rs. 10 share) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Santosh Nandiyath, a Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience including Deloitte and EY, has been appointed as CFO. Mr. S Kannan was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and Vasan & Sampath LLP was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company granted 70,000 ESOPs at Rs. 229.72 and advanced the Managing Director & CEO Anand Balakrishnan’s relieving date to May 26.
