Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has announced a board meeting, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a consolidated net loss of Rs. 277.85 million with EBITDA at Rs. 2,271.20 million, slightly down YoY. The company expanded overseas through subsidiaries in Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia and boosted its stake in Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy to 89.05%. It also acquired a 42.36% stake in ice cream operator Willow Gourmet, now an associate. A merger plan between Red Apple and Blue Planet Foods was approved, pending approvals. Tarun Khanna joined as an independent director, replacing Ajay Nanavati.
