Bhagwati Autocast Ltd — Updates, 23-05-2025: Company Update

Bhagwati Autocast Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditor issuing an unmodified opinion. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Reena Bhagwati has been reappointed as Managing Director for a three-year term starting September 26, 2025. The company also appointed M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, reappointed M/s. Mehta Sheth & Associates as Internal Auditors, and appointed M/s. Kiran J. Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY26.
