Bhagwati Autocast Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, along with an auditor’s report giving an unmodified opinion. Ms. Reena Bhagwati has been reappointed as Managing Director for a three-year term starting September 26, 2025, pending shareholder approval. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 face value for the year. New appointments include M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, M/s. Mehta Sheth & Associates as Internal Auditors, and M/s. Kiran J. Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26.
