Havells India Limited — Important, 23-05-2025: Capacity addition

Havells India is expanding its Alwar plant’s cable manufacturing capacity from 32.9 lakh km to 41.45 lakh km annually, investing an additional INR 340 Cr for a total of INR 715 Cr. The expansion targets growing cable demand and aims to boost efficiency through backward integration and process upgrades. The increased capacity is expected to be operational by September 2026 and will be funded entirely from internal accruals.
