DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited has announced a board meeting on which the Board approved acquiring the remaining 49% stake in PYI Technologies Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. PYI Technologies, incorporated in 2022, operates in drone manufacturing, trading, and training with turnover of Rs 14.8 lakh in FY22-23 and Rs 5.37 lakh in FY23-24. The acquisition, done via cash payment of Rs 49,000, is a related party transaction executed at arm’s length and aims to strengthen DroneAcharya’s presence in the drone business segment.
