India Motor Parts & Accessories Limited has announced a postal ballot to approve the appointment of Sri N Krishnan as Whole-Time Director for three years and Sri Mukund S Raghavan as Managing Director for five years, both effective July 5, 2025. Krishnan brings over 40 years of experience in OE sales and aftermarket auto parts, with a compensation of Rs. 8 lakh per month plus up to 1% commission on net profits. Raghavan, with 28 years in the automotive aftermarket and currently Deputy Managing Director, will start with a basic salary of Rs. 6 lakh per month, adjustable to Rs. 8.5 lakh, plus up to 1.5% commission on net profits. These leadership changes aim to strengthen the company’s management and growth trajectory.
