Seshasayee Paper and Boards plans to invest Rs. 26.01 Cr to increase its stake to 26.1% in NaviaOnePower, which is expanding a wind-solar hybrid project in Tamil Nadu from 39 MW to 61.9 MW. The upgrade boosts solar capacity to 52.8 MWp and wind to 9 MW, targeting cheaper power for operations. The investment is expected by H1 FY26. The company has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
