Gopal Snacks has announced a board meeting on key management changes and governance updates. AVP of Operations, Mr. Pasumarthi Seshagiri Rao, resigned effective June 2. The company appointed M/s Haribhakti & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26 and plans to bring in M/s S.K. Joshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. To boost employee retention, 18,400 stock options were granted under GOPAL ESOP-2023, exercisable over seven years.
