B&A Packaging India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve several key decisions. Mr. Dipankar Mukherjee has been appointed Chairman of the Board. The board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year with a net profit of Rs. 983.06 lakh for the year and declared a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10 each. M/s. Salarpuria & Partners Chartered Accountants and M/s. T. Chatterjee & Associates have been approved as the new statutory auditors and secretarial auditors respectively for the next five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the directors’ report and fixed the dates for the Annual General Meeting and related shareholder formalities. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the audited results.
