FCS Software Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

FCS Software Solutions has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose slightly to Rs 365.4 Cr from Rs 358.7 Cr last year. Profit before tax swung to a positive Rs 5.02 Cr from a loss of Rs 12.09 Cr, though net profit after tax stayed in the red at Rs -12.71 Cr. Standalone numbers showed revenue at Rs 36.19 Cr with a loss before tax of Rs 13.97 Cr. The board approved the audited financials and appointed Deepti Singh as Company Secretary. No dividend was declared.
