Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Narayana Hrudayalaya has announced a board meeting on May 23, 2025, approving FY25 financial results. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹5,482 Cr from ₹4,890 Cr, with net profit inching up to ₹790.6 Cr. EBITDA margin remains strong at 24.25%. Standalone net profit stood at ₹431 Cr on ₹3,590 Cr revenue. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹4.50 per share. The company plans to raise up to ₹1,500 Cr through debt securities in FY26. A new Secretarial Auditor, M/s. Vinod Kothari & Company, is slated for appointment, and a subsidiary’s operations will shift under a management agreement from April 2026.
