Regency Fincorp Ltd — Updates, 23-05-2025: Company Update

Regency Fincorp has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Ms. Shifaly Duggal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also assigning her the role of Internal Auditor. The board decided to call 75% of the balance amount from warrant-holders for converting their warrants into equity shares. Additionally, it approved issuing 50 units of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, each worth Rs. 10 lakh, totaling Rs. 5 crore. Ms. Duggal was also authorized to determine the materiality of information under the company’s policy. This strengthens governance and raises funds for the company’s operations.
