Mach Conferences & Events Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting consolidated revenue from operations of ₹235.75 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹14.17 Cr for the year. The Board approved a dividend of ₹1.00 per share (10%) subject to shareholders’ approval. Mr. Akshit Seth has been appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company also approved an ESOP scheme reserving 8,76,500 stock options for employees of the Company and its group, exercisable within five years.
