Archit Organosys Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue from operations of Rs. 4318.33 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 12,559.92 lakh for the year. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 330.63 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 753.89 lakh for the year, with net profit at Rs. 201.75 lakh and Rs. 505.11 lakh respectively. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share. Mr. Ajay P Patel was appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. The company continues to operate in the Chemicals and Organics segment.
